Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using BejaClient ("the Client"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Client.
2. Beta software
BejaClient is currently in public beta. This means:
- The software may be unstable, incomplete, or change without notice.
- Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.
- We do not guarantee uptime of any associated online services.
3. Permitted use
You may use BejaClient for personal, non-commercial gameplay on Minecraft Java Edition. You must own a valid Minecraft Java Edition license to use the Client.
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, or sublicense BejaClient or its components.
- Use the Client to gain unfair advantages on servers that prohibit such tools.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Client without explicit written permission.
- Use the Client for any unlawful purpose.
4. Minecraft and Mojang
BejaClient is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft® is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Use of BejaClient must comply with Mojang's End User License Agreement.
5. Cosmetics and online features
Cosmetic items (capes, accessories, etc.) acquired through BejaClient are licensed for use within the Client only. They are non-transferable and have no monetary value. We reserve the right to modify or revoke cosmetics at our discretion.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
BejaClient is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BejaClient and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Client.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of BejaClient after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
